Did You Really Just do That!!

Hello every one,

This is a quickie just to let you know that we are still alive and spanking over here in England.

The title of the post says it all really and I thought this post didn't really need words just a few pics....

Did you really just do that?!

(Guess who said that)    :(

Yep, that's him my Hoh.
( and that's exactly what he looked like just after the event.)

In my defence I thought I was

a bit on the cute and cheeky side.

Unfortunately I soon looked like this

as soon as I realized my um...

 mistake.

When did I realize?  I hear you say?

As soon as I was over those pillows and hubby was walloping my posterior with this

I  don't think he was really cross but oh gosh I did give him a damn good excuse, even if we both had a good giggle towards the end of the jolly good spanking.  Is there anyone out there who can tell me how to keep my legs still?  I really hate  it when he spanks my thighs:(

Question   What ttwd wife clicks their fingers at their husband?

Answer.. A daft one!!

The rest of my life is not going quite so smoothly, ordinary life is blinking hard and I am struggling with lots of stuff. Sigh... I thought by this time of our lives we would be able to focus on each other and the hard bits would be over. I keep telling myself  soon, soon.....

I hope all of you are doing well. Please note I have not visited one cookie exchange post as I am three and a half pounds from target and I am not going to let any of you corrupt me. I will be back visiting when your recipes have gone!!

much love

Jan, xxxx

  1. Jan, those pictures cracked me up! I'd hate to see the look on my hoh 's face if I snapped my fingers at him. Especially because I would probably have a snarky look on my face while I did so. Not good, Jan! But funny enough that there were giggles at the end, right?! Lol.

I hope life gets a little more easy for you, or at least more tame! Good job on being only a few pounds away from your goal! I need that kind of motivation. Instead I'm eating many cookies that are sitting on the desk right in front of mine at work. Bad Maggie! Haha!

    1. Hi Maggie, I was actually giggling when I did it. We were watching tv and I wanted him to speed through the adverts on something we had recorded. I said chop chop as well, lol
Oh I wish i was eating biscuits right now :(

  2. Eek! I can only assume you were suffering from temporary insanity! Glad it turned out okay in the end.
Sorry life is still hard for you at the moment, I hope that improves soon.
Well done on getting close to your goal, one thing to feel good about.

Nearly there and only two weigh into Xmas. It will all go wrong then.....
Hope all is well with you

  4. Jan come visit me - not a cookie to be found, I have no receipts and couldn't follow it if I had one. LOVED the pictures. I can't snap my fingers, quite an embarrassment for a teachers and I have a STRONG aversion to anyone doing it to me - so I'm totally on your sweet HOH's side!

    1. HI PK, I would love to come and visit you! I think I click my fingers when I am teaching littlies, helps them keep time with the steps. He knew I was only messing about but the added "chop chop" didn't help my case ;)

I hope you have survived the floods up in your part of the country. It has been so terrible watching it all on the news.Congrats on the new book

    2. We haven't been effected here. We visited Glenridding last year and it's sad to see it so badly damaged by the floods.

    3. It's so awful to see all the devastation. People always moan about where we live, as it is supposedly a deprived area. Me ,I think we are the luckiest , we don't get anything like this, we have beach, countryside, city half an hour away, good schools, we just plod on in a middling fashion. I love it here. I count my blessings often.
      Glad you are okay

  7. Jan, there's not a cookie to be found here either, even though I volunteered to be a taste tester.

Clicking your fingers, are you daft girl? Couldn't you have said you were keeping time with the music in your head. lol
Didn't sound as if you were so terribly upset with the result though.

Not often upset by a spanking, at least it took my mind of all the bad bits.

  8. oh my...oops :-) no more snapping fingers - goodness! :-)
my recipe actually only contains 2 tbs honey so actually more on the healthy side (kind of - it's still a cookie I guess) but they are now hidden from view with Thankful Thursday so you can still safely visit... :-) Sorry you are going through some difficult things...sending you lots of hugs from a distance

    1. HI Terps, I feel pretty virtuous not looking at those recipes. Still I will never manage to resist the Christmas Cake!
Thanks for the hugs. One of my big things is that I retire from teaching at Christmas after 25 years. I know you will understand how hard that has been, I have cried an ocean and when my girls cried too it nearly finished me off!!
      Hope you are well

  12. Hi Jan, at first I thought ‘oh no, she wouldn’t?!‘ , :) but then again, I think these little moments just happen, and this could so have happened here in the same way. And I am so sure your husband also saw you on the cheeky and cute side! Well, at least after a few minutes. :) I am so glad you had a lovely time afterwards.
I am so sorry that you are having a rough time at the moment, and can only hope that the better time will be back soon. Who wouldn’t be sad after having done something that awesome like teaching kids dancing, and you have loved doing this so much. I can imagine that this is not easy, because it is a major change, however it also means you’ll have the chance to begin new things, doesn’t it? From what you wrote in other posts it looks like the worried times are not only from this, and more than anything else I wish that all you have to deal with at the moment will have the best outcome possible; all perfect and fine for a while would be just right. :) Sending good thoughts and love your way.

    1. Hi Nina, darling girl I was getting a bit worried as you haven't been about much. I hope everything is okay. You must be nearly there now, I am looking forward to hearing that news!! I must admit it is hard to give up teaching , I will miss my girls and I have a couple of special ones that I have taught since they were 4 and now they are 11. Gosh it was hard to let them go. They are actually all going to a former pupil of mine who is a fab teacher and young and healthy so it is for the best. The rest of my worries centre around my mother and there is no easy outcome there, her mental problems are escalating, and she is deteriorating physically too. I think hubby is keeping the focus on the spanky stuff sometimes just to give us a break from the rest. I hope all is well with Tilda, Christmas will be so exciting for her this year. Grandgirl is so lovely now, just perfect

    2. Hi Jan, I am sorry for not being around much lately. Everything is rather busy here lately, because of some troubles my sister has. It is not about her baby though, she is fine and it looks like the little one wants to wait till 26th (her due date). But my sister and her family have to move house unexpectedly, and this messed up our plans for a relaxed Christmas time.
My due date is 6th January and hubby has become rather overprotective lately, which is nice of him, but can sometimes be a little restricting too. I won't have it any other way though, because he stops me before overdoing anything, so my little one is definitely safe. :) Tilda is doing fine, she knows Santa and the elves and she knows that there is something special about them.
I love that your little Grandgirl is so wonderful and awesome, and I hope you have lots and lots of time with her. I am so sorry that your mother is not getting better, this is just sad, but I hope that she and you will have good moments even now. I see with granny how she becomes less, and that is as much as I can take at the moment, and seeing the mental problems then as well must be so difficult to cope with. :( (((hugs)))
I can only imagine how hard giving up teaching must be, even more because you had so wonderful pupils. However somehow I like that they are all going to a former pupil of yours. This is pretty awesome, you have inspired your pupils so much that some of them teach dancing now! Cool, just like that your hubby makes sure you get the break you need with some good girl spankings. :)

      hugs and love

    3. Oh Nina, the 6th January, that is so soon. How fantastic! I had a winter baby , the 18th January. Lots of snuggly days at home to get to know each other. I bet Tilda will be a great big sister and Christmas for her will be so magical. I have reconciled myself to retiring most of the time and then something happens. We just had exams and my most favourite pupil looked at me just as we started dancing and said I am going to try so hard to get top marks, it's your last one !. Set me off straight away, and then she did get the highest marks in the school and that set me off again, lol. I will be glad when next week is done. The teacher they are going to is fab. Hubby is the best. Take care and rest up as much as you can.

  13. Sounds like you need some more Tea and Sympathy from us all, Jan. Just no biscuits/cookies along with the tea. Hope the new year brings you more smiles.

However, no matter how it started, I think a good walloping probably put some of those life problems in perspective. I am always able to see things more clearly when we get to the hugs part.

He always gives lots of hugs and we did have a lot of laughs as well.Hope all is well with you and yours

    1. Hi Amy, I was thinking of doing a post on the roller coaster of life. You must have read my mind! I decided against it as I thought everyone has enough troubles of their own without listening to me whinging on. Glad you are still playful, we always have been, it's not about punishments here on a general basis. Life is just too short.
